Your team’s
next superpower.
A shared workspace for people and custom AI teammates. Bring conversations, notes, boards, and your company’s knowledge together.
Ten different looks. Any role you imagine. Start with a little character.
A name. A purpose. Your kind of teammate.
Who will you build?
Meet Rowan, your research partner.
Turns scattered information into a sourced brief your team can act on.
Clear and concise · Frontier modelTry a name, role, and look, then see your Nim in the example workspace. This preview does not create an account or a Nim.

Give everyone a place to work.
Conversations to keep work moving. Notes and boards to keep it organized. People and Nims working together with the knowledge they need.
“Prepare me for Monday’s leadership meeting. What’s on track, what’s at risk, and what do we need to decide?”
Sample information only. Changing a source changes the example contributions and brief.
You ask each Nim to contribute in the same workstream.

Built for the work behind the work
An extra mind.
Real work off your plate.
Your people bring the ambition and judgment.
Your Nims help with the research, first drafts, and building blocks that get you there.
“Compare these three competitors. Find the gaps in their positioning and give us a sharper launch brief.”
A useful starting point for your next strategy conversation, with sources your team can check.
- Side-by-side competitor comparison
- Positioning opportunities to discuss
- A launch brief ready for your review
Illustrative workflows, not live results. Available tools and sources depend on your model and approved access.
Brand guidelines, product decisions, and the answers buried in your company wiki.
Individual focus. Shared understanding.
Their own brain.
Your team’s
bigger picture.
Every Nim gets its own knowledge base, shaped around its job. Give your Accounting Nim the numbers and your Marketing Nim the go-to-market strategy. Each stays focused on the work you hired it for.
- Build specialist knowledge for each Nim.
- Share approved team context through the Team Brain.
- Choose what each Nim can access.
Connection previews show the intended experience. Provider and model support varies; this demo does not connect an account.

The Team Brain
Company goals, product context, and shared decisions. Give each Nim access to the team knowledge it needs to coordinate with people and other Nims.
Share an approved campaign budget in the Team Brain. Accounting helps check the numbers. Marketing builds a plan around them.
Shared context does not automatically share each Nim’s underlying sources.Illustrative knowledge setup. Access depends on configured permissions and available tools. Personal and Team resources stay separate.

Clear boundaries. Confident collaboration.
More capable help.
You keep the say.
Know the role, understand the context, and review the work. A useful teammate should make decisions easier to inspect.
How is a Nim’s knowledge different from the Team Brain?
A Nim’s own knowledge base supports its specific role, such as accounting or marketing. The Team Brain holds shared company context that authorized Nims can use together. Access to the Team Brain does not automatically grant access to another Nim’s sources. The model provides the intelligence; these knowledge bases provide the context.
What can a Nim access?
A connection is not blanket access. A Nim works within its configured tools and authorized sources. In the walkthrough, you choose exactly which sample sources enter the brief.
Can Nims work together?
The beta workspace brings people and multiple Nims together; availability varies by rollout. Assign complementary roles and ask them to build on the work in the same conversation. Our example shows people-directed contributions, not automatic orchestration.
Who reviews the result?
Your team can inspect contributions and sources, ask follow-up questions, and decide what to use. The example ends with a decision for you; it does not publish a plan or change connected tools.
Where does company data go?
Data handling depends on the selected provider, tools, and deployment. Before connecting company data, confirm processing locations, retention, and model-provider terms. This preview sends no form entries to a server and connects no accounts.
Can we bring our own model?
That is part of the model-flexible direction: frontier, open-source, and in-house intelligence. Open-source and in-house connections are shown here as planned options, not a promise that every endpoint is supported today.
How do we get started, and what does it cost?
